We have received emails that our Flash Player causes the Flash Player application to become unresponsive and crash.

We recommend to empty your cache. To do that, in Mac, click on Safari in the menu bar and select Empty Cache. In Windows, click on File and select Empty Cache.

UPDATE: Because these problems still exist, we launched the HTML5 player on Safari version 5. We will be putting all versions of Safari on HTML5 within the next few days.
